We continue to grow, and your feedback helps us make CouponCrowd better with every release. Because of that, we want to make it easier for you to reach us whenever you have a question, notice a problem, or want to share an idea.
That is why we have added a new support chat directly inside the CouponCrowd app.
With the new chat, you can contact us without leaving the app. For example, you can use it to ask questions, report bugs, point out typos, tell us about coupon upload problems, or suggest improvements. In addition, you can share ideas for new features that would make CouponCrowd more useful for your daily shopping.
You can find the support chat clearly visible on the main screen. As a result, it is faster to get in touch whenever you need help or want to send feedback. Instead of searching for a contact form or writing a separate email, you can now start a conversation directly from the app.
Your suggestions are especially important while CouponCrowd continues to improve. After all, every message helps us understand what users need, which features should be improved, and which ideas could make coupon sharing and coupon discovery even better.

Because of that, it makes sense to keep the right coupons ready whenever new deals appear. That is why shop subscriptions are now available in CouponCrowd.
With shop subscriptions, you can follow the stores you care about most. Once you subscribe to a shop, CouponCrowd keeps an eye on new coupons for you. When fresh coupons become available, we let you know, so you do not have to search manually or keep checking the same stores again and again.

You can also find these updates anytime in the Notifications tab. There, new coupons from your subscribed shops are clearly organized in one place, so it is easy to review them whenever you are ready to shop.
