Important: please read the terms of this license agreement carefully before downloading, installing, accessing or using the CouponCrowd Android/iOS app, the CouponCrowd browser extensions for Google Chrome and Apple Safari, or the CouponCrowd MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and its related services. By downloading, installing, accessing or using any of these products or services, you indicate your acceptance of this End User License Agreement, and a legally valid agreement regarding the use of the Android/iOS app “CouponCrowd”, the CouponCrowd browser extensions for Google Chrome and Apple Safari, and the CouponCrowd MCP server and related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “SOFTWARE AND SERVICES”) is concluded between you, the end user (legal entity or natural person), and Industrial Nerd Ventures UG (limited liability), Hauptstraße 15, 74385 Pleidelsheim (hereinafter referred to as “COUPONCROWD”). This agreement applies to all updates, extensions, features and services provided through or in connection with the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES, unless such services are subject to other specific terms.
If you do not accept all provisions of this agreement, you have no right to download, install, access or use the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES. You must immediately stop using the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES and delete all locally installed copies and files of the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES.
The SOFTWARE AND SERVICES are provided by COUPONCROWD for personal, non-commercial use.
Should individual terms or parts of the agreement be invalid, the remaining terms and parts shall remain in force.
COUPONCROWD grants you the non-exclusive, time-limited, non-transferable right to install, access and use the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES in accordance with this agreement. No further rights are granted.
In particular, you are not permitted to distribute the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES or otherwise transfer them to third parties, including rental, leasing, lending or sublicensing. You are not entitled to modify the program code of the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES or parts thereof, to determine the source code, including reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling, or to create derivative works of the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES. However, the mandatory, non-waivable provisions of Sections 69d and 69e of the German Copyright Act (UrhG) remain unaffected.
You are not entitled to use the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES in a way that could damage, disrupt, overload or otherwise impair them or their related services, or impair their use by third parties. The user is not entitled to use the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES to attempt, in any way, to gain unauthorized access to services, systems, data, accounts, interfaces, APIs or networks.
The browser extensions may interact with websites visited by the user in order to provide CouponCrowd functionality, including the identification, retrieval, management or application of coupons, offers and related information. The MCP server may make CouponCrowd functionality and data available to compatible AI applications, assistants, agents or other MCP clients. Such access and use remain subject to this agreement and, where applicable, authentication, authorization and technical usage restrictions imposed by COUPONCROWD.
The SOFTWARE AND SERVICES are provided in their present form (“as is”) without warranties of any kind.
Any warranty claims due to material defects or defects of title in the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES may arise exclusively between you and COUPONCROWD.
COUPONCROWD shall be liable for material defects and defects of title, regardless of the legal basis, only insofar as COUPONCROWD has fraudulently concealed the respective material defect or defect of title. Otherwise, due to the free provision of the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES, COUPONCROWD, its legal representatives and vicarious agents shall only be liable for compensation for any damage incurred in the event of intentional or grossly negligent misconduct. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure sufficient antivirus checks and data backups and to use appropriate security measures when accessing or connecting the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES.
COUPONCROWD also provides no warranty whatsoever regarding the accuracy and timeliness of the information displayed, retrieved or provided by the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES or the products, coupons, offers or other content identified through them. The information displayed or provided by the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES may differ from the information on the merchant’s website or from information provided by other third-party sources. All information and details displayed or provided by the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES are provided without warranty. The listed offers do not constitute binding advertising statements by the providers.
COUPONCROWD has no control over the availability, functionality, content or behavior of third-party websites, browsers, operating systems, AI applications, MCP clients or other external services used together with the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES. Changes made by such third parties may temporarily or permanently restrict individual functions of the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES.
COUPONCROWD allows the end user, through the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES, to link, submit, import, retrieve or manage products, coupons and offers from third-party sources and to manage such information, including in virtual shopping carts or other CouponCrowd features. This may include content manually added by the user, content submitted through the Android/iOS app or browser extensions, and content made available through or to the MCP server. By linking, submitting, importing or otherwise providing products, coupons, offers or other content, these are made available to COUPONCROWD and are deemed “user content”. All rights to the user content provided through the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES, as well as sole responsibility for it, remain with the end user.
For the sole purpose of operating, developing, providing and enabling the use of the SOFTWARE AND SERVICES, the end user grants COUPONCROWD and its users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, distribute and create derivative works from the user content.
